Always had each other in their way
Always knew that it would be okay
No-one knows exactly what they’d say
Only knew the joy they’d bring

A little table to eat breakfast on
Though no words are spoken, something’s wrong
The cupboard’s empty, and the drawers are gone
And all the angels sing

She’s with her people now
And I’m left without her, wish she’d come back down
Don’t think she would even if she knew how
And all the angels sing

Now I guess at what she’d do
Had a side no-one knew
Never said a word to me, and every one was true
And all the angels sing
